2018年5月3日,江蘇師范大學鄭元林、陸軍及吳冬梅共同通訊在Molecular Medicine(IF=5.7)在線發表題為“Effects of CREB1 gene silencing on cognitive dysfunction by mediating PKA-CREB signaling pathway in mice with vascular dementia”的研究論文,該研究表明,CREB1基因沉默導致VD加重,這是由于抑制PKA-CREB信號通路導致的,從而加劇了認知功能障礙。
但是,在2023年8月7日,該文章被撤回,主要原因是數據異常。
另外,國自然基金委對吳冬梅、鄭元林、陸軍等發表的論文共通報了35篇文章,截至2023年8月10日,已經被撤回33篇文章(部分文章為非通報文章)。
撤銷吳冬梅國家自然科學基金項目“TRPV4介導軟骨藻酸處理致小鼠認知缺陷的分子機制”(批準號81400902),追回已撥資金,永久取消吳冬梅國家自然科學基金項目申請資格(自2022年1月18日起),給予吳冬梅通報批評;
決定依照《國家自然科學基金條例》第三十五條第四項,并參照《國家自然科學基金委員會監督委員會對科學基金工作中不端行為的處理辦法(試行)》第十七條第三、四項,撤銷鄭元林國家自然科學基金項目“HDAC6激活HMGB1/RAGE信號軸介導Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠認知缺陷的機制研究”(批準號81571055),追回已撥資金,取消鄭元林國家自然科學基金項目申請資格5年(2022年1月18日至2027年1月17日),給予鄭元林通報批評;
決定參照《國家自然科學基金委員會監督委員會對科學基金工作中不端行為的處理辦法(試行)》第十七條第三、四項,取消陸軍國家自然科學基金項目申請資格5年(2022年1月18日至2027年1月17日),給予陸軍通報批評。
